No Stable Steam Supply Required: Eliminating Infrastructure Dependence. Rural and remote fish farms often lack a stable steam supply, making it impossible to meet the operational requirements of wet extruders. Dry-Type fish feed pellet processing machines, however, require no steam heating, relying solely on frictional heat to puff the raw materials, completely eliminating dependence on steam infrastructure. For example, a small fish farm in a mountainous area with no surrounding steam supply can operate with just ordinary household electricity after selecting Dry-Type fish feed production equipment, achieving localized fish feed production and avoiding the high transportation costs of purchasing finished feed (transportation costs in mountainous areas are 30%-50% higher than in plains areas).


Low Water Requirements: Suitable for Water-Scarce Areas. Dry-Type floating fish feed pellet making machines do not add extra water during production, requiring only the basic moisture content (10%-14%) inherent in the raw materials. This minimal water requirement makes them suitable for water-scarce rural and remote areas. In contrast, wet extruders consume 0.5-1 ton of water per ton of feed produced and require drainage facilities, making them unsuitable for water-scarce areas. For example, a rural fish farm located in a water-scarce area uses a dry extruder to produce cattle feed. The daily production of 300 kg of feed only requires the moisture content of the raw materials themselves, eliminating the need for additional water and perfectly solving the water shortage problem.


Site requirements are flexible: it's ready to operate immediately upon installation. The dry-type fish feed making machine has a compact structure, occupying only 15-30 square meters of space. No dedicated production workshop is needed; a simple shed can be built around the fish farm for installation and operation. Furthermore, its power requirements are low; ordinary 220V or 380V household electricity is sufficient, requiring no additional capacity. For example, a rural family fish farmer can build a 15 square meter simple shed around their fishpond, install a 100 kg/hour dry extruder, and connect it to 220V household electricity to achieve on-site feeding of fish feed, ensuring feed freshness and avoiding the hassle of transporting and storing finished feed. In addition, the dry extruder produces no wastewater, minimizing environmental impact and meeting the environmental protection requirements of rural areas.
